Currently possibly running second behind Donald Trump for the Republican nomination for US president! If I farted in his face, his IQ would go up by 50%

I've read a good deal about him. If he was any stupider than he already is he'd have to be watered twice a week.
-
The man's a neurosurgeon - he's not dumb, he's just faking it to appeal to the more cretinous reaches of the Republican electorate, which is even worse.
Trump's a fool, and appeals to the other fools, but at least he probably believes in most of the shit he speaks without actually thinking about it.
Carson knows better, and rather than have principles he's talking shit simply for a tilt at power - despicable.
O.

The man is a creationist who is on public record as having described evolutionary biology as an invention of Satan. Neurosurgeon or not, that is an almost unbelievably stupid thing to believe and an even more stupid thing to say not merely in public but to millions of people.
So whether he actually believes these things or not, and I've no reason to doubt the reports I've read - outside of the operating theatre yes, he really is dumb.

He's not just a creationist - most Christians, as I understand it, are creationists - he's a Creationist, one of the 6000 year old Earth varieties, at least interms of his public statements.
That's a colossally stupid thing to believe, I just don't think he believes it. I think he's lying to gain votes, which is a different type - and level - of stupid, and an odious, malicious, self-serving stupidity at that.

From Rod Delaney on Twitter 'people make fun of Ben Carson but he did brain surgery on me in 2006 and I'm here to say that potato chimcham Luna pop canoe fimpy'
-
If the Democrats choose Hillary Clinton is that going to make a vote for any Republican muppets more likely?
-
It might make some people more likely but it's doubtful that it would make a significant difference, those that won't vote Democrat because it is Hillary Clinton are not very likely to vote Democrat no matter what.
-
I hope so.

That can happen if you tell your manager you ''feel a little bit funny'' and can't go on stage.
