Title: Boycotting of boycotts

It always fills me with confidence when a govt describes laws that it is passing as having grey areas

It seems to me that the law is just an attempt to prevent public bodies failing to get best value for money for purely dogmatic reasons.

Personally, I'd prefer just to see those responsible exposed and made to justify their action to their electorate.

So what's the difference between boycotting Israel due to its treatment of the Palestinians and, say, apartheid South Africa back in the day? A very stupid law.

I would love a journalist to go through the homes of every pro boycott nut job and count all the products made in China. Then school those dimwits on China's treatment of minorities caught under the Chinese boot.
