Why haven't you included the option of antitheist as you use the descriptor so readily?

Too much overlap between categories. You don't have to be an atheist or an agnostic, or a scientific pantheist or a materialist - they're perfectly compatible with each other.

All I get is 1 vote for monotheist. None for any other category. Antitheist category isn't there. ???

I have tried to add it twice but it doesn't seem to be showing. Sorry to hear your vote isn't going where you want it. Not being a moderator I have no control over this.

Hang on, it's changed.
All I get now is 2 votes for monotheist. None for any other category. Antitheist category still isn't there. ???

I have no intention of voting as it just seems to be an example of piss taking. Also, no other votes seem to show up at all, so what would be the point?

Would you like me to add 'antitheist' for you?

How about 'Turd Polisher' as well? Mind you, that would probably conflict with certain other categories :)

Two who voted 'other' have been wiped out. They appear to have been relocated to the 'antitheist' category. This is assuming too much.

OK - I've done that, but I think we'll leave it there since I'll be out and about later.

Just a helpful note for your count - if you are looking at Users Online it is the case some members have their online status hidden: there are more online than you can see right now.

Looks like a glitch. The others were in the line that used to have otheras the title, with  the extra choices going in the votes have stayed on that line  but the titles have moved down.

Presumably Trollboy will be providing a glossary some time soon so we can figure out whether he means the standard meanings of these terms or the idiosyncratic reinventions of them he needs to construct his endless straw men rebuttals?

Now the votes show there are three people who think they're athiest.

But at least two of them must be over-estimating how athy they are...?

Just a minor point, Vlad, right now there are two more than you can see, since some members hide their online status: I can see them, for obvious reasons, but you can't, so your stats are compromised since you don't know who they are.

Just so you know, and during busy periods there are often higher numbers of 'hidden' members online.

You go right on Gordon. I have been adding that this is my assessment. Do you think people have forgotten that?

I'm just going by the names that crop up. I think talk of my 'stats' is a bit strong for that observation don't you think......all though I think it does rather suggest far more antis than pro Christians.

Since your 'assessment' involves categorisation that is dependent on at least knowing who is around then your assessment must be incomplete almost every time you do the assessing since 'hidden' members are always a possibility.

I couldn't possibly comment since folk who choose hidden presumably want to stay hidden. I'll leave any soul-searching over incomplete data and misleading results to you!

Gordon I have said that what I am doing here is non statistical and my assessment. People have a right to judge it for themselves and I am not claiming accuracy. Your response therefore seems like a piece of pompous prickery designed to besmirch.......am I wrong?
