Title: The unrelenting triumphal tide of atheism?
Post by: Walt Zingmatilder on September 09, 2017, 08:52:35 AM
It's there in the stats. Atheism is on the Up. But what is going on?

Some possible reasons that could be proposed

1: The collapse of religion
2: The march of science and education
3: The messianic and prophetic nature of Richard Dawkins
4: 911
5: The rise of religion
6: Apatheism
9: Because it is the truth
10: Neotenisation of Western society.

To fill in the gaps then. 7:People in the west are no longer interested in salvation the evidence being.
8: people are apathetic even about concerns such as climate change.
