All too brief mention of communist countries. No mention of the Cambodian experience. The article has an unalloyed view that industrial development/ economic development is a good thing thus ignoring global warming and species depletion.

Doesn't even touch on Brexit where an economy will be destroyed but the levels of growth will be enormous because the country starts from fuck all.

In fact it has the characteristics of the usual cherry pick.
