Absolutely agree.
It's part of the general tide of taking things away from people, smaller houses and now part time housing where your home is turned into a time share.
Mind you there was a time when many many people had to take in lodgers.... but that just means this is a retrograde step into shite living.

The Disneyfication of Edinburgh started with that truly awfule melding of Lassie with Greyfriars Bobby, with accents which made Dick van Dyke's Cockney seem truly inspirational....

I'm sure there will be people whom circumstances channel them into this and I wonder how long it will take for "If a happens then b, we will take over the management of your property" clauses to appear.
