I think I'll stick with wrinkles.

Of course, I do have the advantage of being a man and working in a field where normal ageing won't end my career.

Actually, my biggest concern is that the financial incentives might lead a lot more people to circumcise their children.

Following excision, the prepuce would be placed into some kind of culture which would enable it to grow to a considerable size.
