I would need a shower and scrub myself, using plenty of anti-bac gel, if I was anywhere near that guy. :o

you can see them with a good microscope

I think he should be tested: I'd leave an open tin of the cheapest cat food in a warm place for a fortnight and then demand he eats the contents.

I bet he's also an anti-vax flat-earther who thinks the moon landings were faked, Australia doesn't exist, and 9/11 was a US government inside job.
