Claret and blue.

Pastels, all of them. I feel really warm and comforted when I see something co-ordinated in pale lilacs, pinks, blues. Blues of all shades.

A mauvy shade of pinky-russet.

We went to visit some friends of my wife in their new place, on entering the living room I don't normally notice the decorations mainly because it's someone else's and of course the house would be done out to their taste but this living room was memorable it had a dark brown carpet, lime green walls, the curtains were I think a bluebottle greenish that had fibreglass like shiny sort of sheen to them and the ceiling was dark blue.
The above is the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth, when I entered this room I felt trapped and at the same time I was unable let on about how I was feeling or even try to escape.
Now I no longer feel that my dislike of blue as the colour of any car is that outlandish.
I will add that I've no problem with anyone else having a blue car, as long as mine isn't blue.

I still don't understand why you have a problem with blue, I think a dark blue ceiling would be rather nice. :)

I can't explain why I don't like the colour blue when applied to cars nor do I have any particular dislike of the colour blue in general.
The colour mix in the room I described are in the mildest of terms a bit unusual don't you think LR? Or have I inadvertently described the colour scheme in your living room?
Kind regards ippy

We don't have any blue walls in our home, we have one wall which is purple in the spare room, and a red wall in my bedroom.
I like blue cars, my previous car was blue, I gave it to our eldest girl.
