Disappointingly so. I'd at least expect it to glow in the dark. In fact, I wonder if there's a level of radioactivity that is less dangerous than the alcohol but would still allow the bottle to glow.

Considering there's only one bottle, the cost is likely to be... prohibitive.

They all glow in Cornwall because of the radon gas. ;)
