And about time too - heartless exploiter of the sick and disabled, preacher of the prosperity heresy, uncritical supporter of the racist state of Israel, and I don't know what else. I can't say I have come across him before now, but it sounds as if the world is better off without his presence.

I recognise the name but never seen or heard him. Therehave been so many like him!
