Maybe because of the health issues that arise from this "sport".

Maybe because it's odd that societally we are still happier to see two men trying to knock each other out than we are to see two men kissing.

Maybe because it just feels so oddly out of place in a supposedly modern society.

Maybe because the grotesque pantomime of the face off before matches is ugly, vain, pompous, arrogant and stupid.

Maybe because the huge amounts of money generated on the back of glorifying violence is obscene.

You may gather from the above that I am not a fan.

I think boxing is a crazy sport, which can cause head injuries and dementia.

I rather like it. I'm not an active fan, but I could imagine being one.
