Are police cuts responsible in part for the rise in antisemitic attacks? This article mentions lawbreaking and lack of police recording of incidents.

There is no excuse for antisemitism, especially the behaviour described in the report. :o One might disagree with Israel's behaviour, as I do, but one shouldn't tar all Jews with the same brush, anymore than one should blame all Christians and Muslims for the extremist behaviour demonstrated by some of their number.
