Might be in favour of this if corrupt property destroying drug taking thugs, like the PM,  have to serve on 5he chain gang.

Problem with the high viz vests thing is this; about fifteen years ago, a trial with community service sentenced folk wearing high viz vests with 'CS' emblazoned on the back was a failure after teenagers started buying vests and adapting them with the same logo and using them as a bizzare fashion statement. The trial took place in the East and North Ayrshire local authorities.

I am not aware of him currently doing so but he took a shed load of cocaine as a student and journalist.
