I think its exciting, but as ever 30 years away, and perhaps always will be!

I watched a youtube video by Sabine Hostenfelder which made me treat these snippet news claims and tells the whole story.

I had never heard of Q plasma before, and when she explains it, you see they have not yet generated more power than they put in.
