Title: Tanni Grey-Thompson forced to 'crawl off' train

Saw this on twitter last night. The twitter account of LNER replied fairly quickly that something was being sorted but nothing happened, and it wasn't updated even after she crawled off the train.

I'd be interested to know if, having missed her train, she did anything to inform LNER that she was going to be half an hour late before she got to London.
