Title: Jimmy Carter, former US president, turns 100

Maybe not the best President but seems a good and great man. Odd how things work. In Carter's case much down to bad luck.

As covered in my post, perhaps just down to luck but I think like Napoleon's generals, voters like their presidents to be lucky.
