Right, so I can run 5k in a shade under 30 minutes. Her average pace for that distance was 15 minutes 24 seconds. She could probably do two Park runs in the time it takes me to do one.

The men's world record stands at 2:00:35. Who will clip 36 seconds or more off that, to run the first sub-two-hour marathon, and when?

Started running as a hobby earlier this year. The pace they run those distances is amazing.
