"pray and prepare for persecution"

How will that help? Isn't it an "over the top" reaction?

Everyone needs to understand that when you take in refugees you are also taking in aspects of the problems that caused them to flee. You need to plan and be prepared to deal with those.
Ah, but I was so much older then ... I'm younger than that now

A bit closer to home than we are used to:

http://www.christiantoday.com/article/convert.or.die.the.caliphate.is.here.isis.message.to.assyrian.christians.in.sweden/67604.htm

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3275866/Christians-living-Sweden-told-convert-die-chilling-messages-Gothenburg-hotbed-ISIS-recruitment.html

pray and prepare for persecution

So, according the the Daily Mail, Assyrians have been Christians since 1AD. Since, in 1AD, according to the New Testament, Jesus and his parents were having an enforced holiday in Egypt to escape the predations of Herod, the Assyrians must have known something no one else knew.

The Daily Mail as a newspaper of record .... ?

Be that as it may, the behaviour of IS does give concern.
Does Magna Carta mean nothing to you? Did she die in vain?
