Maybe we need to look at things from a different direction?
« on: October 31, 2015, 11:15:59 AM »
Is this possibly the way he thinks, rather than the way some here think that he thinks?

Why should this NOT be the way he thinks?

If this is the way he is thinking, why are so many who believe in him not thinking, and more importantly acting, this way.
The Holy Bible, probably the most diabolical work of fiction ever to be visited upon mankind.

An it harm none, do what you will; an it harm some, do what you must!

Owl, perhaps you could explain what you understand to be the way this cartoon suggests 'he' is thinking?
Are your, or your friends'/relatives', garages, lofts or sheds full of unused DIY gear, sewing/knitting machines or fabric and haberdashery stuff?

I am sorry, but, as far as I am concerned, the cartoon does that and needs no futher input from me!

I want your comments on what the cartoon says to YOU, not an explanation of what t says to ME!

OK, this is what it says to me.  It's on 'The Devil's Page', and I understand that the Devil wants to become the ruler of this world - in other words, he wants to become God.  I see this as a foretaste of what life would be like with the Devil in that position.

Really!

You know my views on your god.

I find the god in this cartoon to be far closer to a Christian god that I could have sympathy with than that portrayed by most posters here - a humanitarian god, a god who unlike some of his followers recognises that the march of time has changed what was written about in the bible - something that you and others clearly either cannot or willl not accept.
