Not a bad article, actually.   I always anticipate caricatures of Freud, (or just plain ignorance), but this isn't too bad.   The NHS certainly took up CBT, but possibly because it's quick and cheap, so other therapists often call it a quick fix.   But there is certainly room for different schools of therapy, and the psychoanalytic methods never really went away.   Let a 100 flowers bloom.

I posted the article on Facebook and two of my friends who are therapists first of all said 'There isn't really a war and we all sort of agree' and are now fighting about what they all sort of agree.
