Gove's Bind
« on: July 01, 2016, 05:56:16 PM »
Apparently the Scots are perceiving noises from Gove as threats to the budget.
Scotland is a problem for Gove since every time he has to address it he merely reminds the well of English Nationalism he has opened that he is a Jock......

Has he pissed on his own bonfire?

Yes, if he gets in and triggers article 50, he will be the one saying bye bye to Scotland.

His party will never forgive him for that.

If it were't for the fact that this little soap opera also involves flushing my country down the toilet, I'd be settling back with some popcorn right now.

Do you think they would like him back? (I'm sure we could spare him)

Apparently some friend of Give thinks he should be elected PM as it will stop any Scottish referendum because he will 'resonate with 'Scotland'.

But then three of the candidates for Tory leader were born in Scotland.

I'm sure that the Scots love him, just like the rest of us. 8)

Dear Lapsed,

Aye us Scots love that man Gove, he has perfect credentials for the times ahead, born in Edinburgh ( short arms and deep pockets )
Raised in Aberdeen ( dour ), so there we have it, more austerity but he will not smile as he watches us all suffer.
