It was mentioned a lot on House of Commons live with the PM, just.

They are going to crack down on it very heavily.

It isn't the fault of Brexit, those racist individuals have probably always been racist, it's because they mistakenly think other leave supporters think like they do. Well they don't.
It's emboldened the racists that already existed.

When the long arm of the law finds them, they will find their racism has consequences and they are not supported by the majority of leave supporters.

There is a legitimate point that we do not know if this is new or if people are just highlighting it more in the wake of Stupid Thursday.

They weren't far wrong when they described UKIP as the BNP in blazers.

When you read the report it sounds as if there has always been a 'background level' of these incidence, but there has been a significant increase since Brexit - almost as if they felt that their xenophobia was now legitimised.

Oh yes, I agree it does look bad. It does sound like the racist feel their views have been legitimised by the vote.

What 'aftermath' is the thread title and OP on about?  We've had far worse racism in the past - and we can put much of the blame for this recent increase on UKIP's shoulders - for their attitudes over the last 4 or 5 years.
Are your, or your friends'/relatives', garages, lofts or sheds full of unused DIY gear, sewing/knitting machines or fabric and haberdashery stuff?

Lists of what is needed and a search engine to find your nearest collector (scroll to bottom for latter) are here:  http://www.twam.uk/donate-tools

Standards have changed since the past.
