A painting by an artist I was not aware of, Robert Salmin, appeared elsewhere on my timeline this morning. That was a painting of the Broomielaw in Glasgow, and on looking him up I found he both stayed in and painted my home town of Greenock. I like the hint of fantastic romanticism.
