G20 Violence

Parts of Hamburg are burning, private property destroyed, shops destroyed and looted yet I have only seen those taking part described as protesters.

Do you reckon that is because they are lefties.

Protesting is fine, violence is not. People of all shades of political opinion can be violent.

People who destroy and loot properly are called 'criminals'. Not 'lefties' or 'protestors'. Failure to do so on the part of the media is down to shit journalism.

Why do you feel it necessary to mention private property.

Is it somehow worse, in your mind, if private property gets destroyed rather than publicly owned property.

To my mind both are equally bad.

Possibly the German version of the SWP will try to capitalise (pun intended) on this, but no, it's just criminals with perhaps a few anarchist types tagging along.
