I am presuming the echoing of What Have The Romans Ever Done For Us in the comment below was deliberate.
"Obviously, aside from the huge social and financial commitment needed to set up the infrastructure, re-profile roads, re-lay Tarmac, fit miles of Armco, build grandstands, pay for race-hosting fees and gain approval and sign-off from the FIA, we don't see any barriers to our vision."

It's great, won't ever happen but it's still great.
I'm thinking the London GP street circuit is a more likely starter. Silverstone's days as the GP venue are almost certainly numbered.
