Alex Ferguson had a brain haemorrhage
« on: May 06, 2018, 02:52:17 PM »
I see Alex Ferguson is in the same hospital as my husband was treated in 2006 when he had his brain haemorrhage. My husband was 59 at the time, considerably younger than Ferguson who is now in his 70s. We weren't told that the surgery to save my husband's life would cause even more brain damage than he had already sustained from the haemorrhage. I hope things have moved on in the last few years, and Ferguson won't be left with only half a functioning brain after his surgery as my husband has.
