https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/education-47772863As one who has home schooled our DS son, I think that is an excellent idea. I used to call the inspectors in periodically to ensure I was doing a good job, they were very complimentary.
Our middle daughter home schools her two lads. The eldest (17) has Asperger's syndrome and the younger one (14) has atypical dyslexia, they were failed by their primary school, so she took on board their secondary school education. The eldest did extremely well in his GCSE's, mostly A*s. He is in charge of his 'A' level studies. Our daughter also welcomes in the inspectors.
