The only people using a food bank are the ones who
have to. Most are proud of their jobs and struggle to get through.They be forced to pay much higher fuel costs, rent and any childcare, then contact the CAB, to discuss their costs and get a voucher.
I had to pay for my childcare for six years and everytime my savings went down and down, until they hit nothing. That affected my mental health far more than anything else. (In fact, they weren't even
my savings but I'll leave it there.)
