Interesting article on the differing views of British Columbia's decriminalisation of possession and use of small amounts of hard drugs. Looking at the numbers, with the caveat that recording of deaths will be different, the number of deaths per head of population caused by drugs in BV are well over twice that of Scotland, where we have a huge problem.
