Well, quiet. Couldn't he just ban Trump from standing for election until he's cleared of all charges, as an 'official act'...?

Agree with Biden on the impact. It looks to me an impossible ask to determine something as not official given the approach but to be fair I haven't read the main opinion.

I'm also struggling to see how there is any legal, rather than political, back up for the decision but as said haven't read it yet.
