Good, but targets are easy politics. Apparently there are videos from Tory MPs yelling their Nimbyism on this already. Though I think that's going to be another thing for the Tories to fall out over since those videos are already being challenged by other Tories.
There is though a definite tension between the desire to increase the powers of mayor's and local areas with what looks like a centralisation of power.
