Living In A Lucid Dream

I really like the article though it is somewhat imprecise in its claims. I'm not convinced that.it shows anything like the spectrum of consciousness mentioned, though I would agree that there is a common false dichotomy model of on/off as regards to consciousness.

I've never not had lucid dreams as far back as I can recall and used to use a version of the Dormio approach covered in the article to pick up dreams interrupted, and make them continuous over a night or multiple nights.

I also often consciously choose to switch perspectives in dreams.
