Snail farm in city office sparks tax avoidance probe

I'd struggle to imagine even the finest comic minds coming up with Bobby Ball's son running a tax avoidance scheme with snails that are kept in covered boxes with only 2 snails in order to avoid  "cannibalism, group sex and snail orgies".
