Yes - British tidal Islands. The next two would've been Eilean Donan and St Michael's Mount.

I would have guessed Burgh Island, and swithered between St Michael's Mount and Holy Island.

Occasionally when watching Only Connect, I think some questions are a bit too niche. I think this is so I apologise and will put up the next two clues, and if no one gets them, will let someone else set the next set while I go and sit on the niche step.
