Not quite bushcraft, but does anyone know of ways one can control Japanese Knotweed without resorting to glyphosate and other poison-based treatments?
Are your, or your friends'/relatives', garages, lofts or sheds full of unused DIY gear, sewing/knitting machines or fabric and haberdashery stuff?

Thanks for that, Rose.  Some of the comments contradict what we at the railway have been told by environmental experts, but it could be useful from next year.

I'm I have an interest inasmuch as it pertains to hunting and survival. Picked up some when I did my national service.
