US town rejects solar panels amid fears

I love the scientific reasons given by inhabitants of this US town for rejecting solar panels!!   ;)
Are your, or your friends'/relatives', garages, lofts or sheds full of unused DIY gear, sewing/knitting machines or fabric and haberdashery stuff?

Lists of what is needed and a search engine to find your nearest collector (scroll to bottom for latter) are here:  http://www.twam.uk/donate-tools

It's unbelievable that one of the main objectors used to be a science teacher.

Well, it's not unbelievable that she used to be a science teacher (if she still was one, I'd be firing her), it's unbelievable she ever was a science teacher.

She's obviously not plugged in; the only thing is if the solar panels are covering good useful farming land, it would be a shame, which in this case, I don't know wether they are or not.
