I have noticed a weeks absence of Floo who is normally very active on this topic...Now...obviously we all take breaks for various reasons...I'm just enquiring if she is all right and if anyone else can fill us in.

Floo is perfectly alright and posting on St Thad's on the Net http://st-thads.org.uk/index.php?sid=354d82f0d0618586619181fcea87cea7 , her name is Sarniajay there.  She won't mind me saying this, she said so to me otherwise I wouldn't; it wasn't my intention to mention her and won't again but seems OK to do so on this thread.

What does one have to do in order to get suspended? I do feel that I have rather missed-out on that.

I am not privy to the details, LA and didn't even know she was suspended until she told me.  I didn't ask why but there is a post about it in the Mod section.  She's not bitter!  Plenty are suspended from time to time, I daresay it will happen to me one day, there's always a good reason at the time.  They live and post here again.

One very, very red faced floo, the serial flouncer, has flounced back again! I swore blind after my 3 day suspension that I was NEVER going to post on R&E again and pledged £1000 to charity if I did so, WHOOPS! I am back and several charities will benefit from my flounce in the next few months. I decided to come back after I discovered the main reason for me not wishing to return is no longer an issue.

I want to apologise for my stupidity which led to my suspension it was certainly not to my credit, and upsetting to me as I have never been suspended from R&E before, although I guess that was more luck than judgement on my part!  I will try to behave myself, although with my level of senility (according to my kids) that might be hard!:D

What you have said is gracious, floo.
Please forget about the thousand pounds, it is an enormous amount of money to dole out in one go to charity.  No-one will hold you to it but it's nice you said you would give.  You probably will give that amount anyway over a period of time, think of it that way.
(My 50 is a different matter, I can do that.)

I am still blushing as I floo flounce so often swearing never to return, and each time it gets more expensive when I do put in an appearance again! But I will honour the promise though as it is the least I can do, and I won't need to stand on the street corner waiting for people to pay me to go away in order to do so! But please don't feel you need to donate that £50.

Yes a new start maybe!My presence has obviously been missed by people on another forum, as they haven't been able to quote me for a couple of weeks, but they are back in business now. It was cruel of me to deny them that pleasure!

Do tell me about the other forum who have missed you for a fortnight, floo, so I can briefly voyeur.
