Thanks NS for the thoughtful Eid wishes - sorry I just logged in or I would have responded earlier.

I had an enjoyable day going to the mosque for Eid prayers and then joining the in-laws for breakfast (Sri Lankan food such as stringhoppers and pittu and various curries) and lunch (lamb biriyani) on Friday, where we give presents (cash) to the children and my mother-in-law.

My Hindu parents also joined the in-laws for Eid breakfast and enjoyed the vegetarian options - they are vegetarian on Fridays (Hindu custom for those Hindus who aren't vegetarian all the time).
I identify as a Sword because I have abstract social constructs e.g. honour and patriotism. My preferred pronouns are "kill/ maim/ dismember"

Quite handy with weapons - available for hire to defeat money laundering crooks around the world.
