Hi everyone,
Just watched some interviews with industry leaders and their issues with workers.
With growing opportunities and better wages...it was thought that people in the working class would benefit. We are however finding that the working class are losing their motivations and are lazing around. Workers who were once keen and willing are now avoiding work and are unwilling to take up available work.
Another phenomenon is that with increasing women participation in work...men are only too pleased to give up their work and depend on the womenfolk. What was meant to liberate women has now become more of a burden.
Not sure how it is in UK.
Cheers.
