US / West not providing  aid as banking system collapses.

It's awful. Taliban took over and not surprisingly there were concerns about funding a regime that was trying to erase women.

The Taliban are now apparently paying workers with wheat received as aid for the people. Taliban expands 'food for work' programme.

As millions starve he releases some of their money but with a giveaway to victims of the terrorism they had nothing to do with, and the perpetrators of which they are still oppressed by.
