I’ve never watched it or really have any idea what it is about but I took the test and got somebody called Sister Michael. No idea what that means.

One thing that caught my eye the other day, however, was (I think) a newspaper headline which claimed that had it been a private company (as the Johnson "government" is proposing) Channel 4 would never have made Derry Girls.  Is this a realistic statement?

I don't know about "Derry Girls" but C4 was the only channel that would touch the AIDS drama "It's A Sin". RT Davies couldn't get BBC or ITV to develop it. So from the pov of it doing stuff other channels won't, then it is a realistic statement. (I've not seen Derry Girls so don't know whether it falls into that category).
