My older daughter was in the year below 'Brandon' and when the story broke it really was the talk of the steamie in deepest Bearsden. The headmaster at the time, Mr MacLeod, was a lovely guy and didn't deserve the furore.

I doubt anyone will ever really get to the bottom of the whole stramash. The programme seems to be depressingly true to the facts. Definately worth a watch for those who are new to this.
