Silly woman.
When conspiracy nuts start spouting their bollocks, the best answer is "That's what they want you to think".

"for, as long as but a hundred of us remain alive, never will we on any conditions be brought under English rule. It is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting, but for freedom - for that alone, which no honest man gives up but with life itself."

My heart pumps custard for them.
Pretend poverty is a disgrace. I'm baffled as to why we are still subsdising food and drink in the HoP, and indeed that there are any bars at all.

We must make our MPs suffer!

Not subsidising food and drink, and having bars is not making anyone suffer.

Lots of companies subsidise food and drink. Some even have bars.

Subsidised to this extent? (remember we are talking central London)

And these bars that you assert some companies have, is tgd alcohol subsidised to the amounts in the lists above? And are the bars open in any case 24 hours?

And are any of those companies involved in determining the pay of millions, many of whom are on very basic wagrs, and telling them to just accept below level inflation rises?

Stella Artois at about £4 / pint doesn't strike me as being hugely subsidised. It is cheap but not as cheap as I was expecting when I downloaded the file.

What do you think it would achieve to strip away all of these benefits in kind that MPs have? Do you think they'd do their jobs better? What are you trying to achieve?

So about 50% cheaper than it would be at miminum than the centre if London. And you ignore the food. And you ignore having a 24 hour bar.

Do I think it would make them do their jobs bettet. No. Do i I think it would make them better able to deal with their involvement with people whose pay negotiations they affect without looking like trough swilling hypocrites, yes.
