At this stage, while I am sure that many suing are sincere, I think they amount to nuisance suits with lawyers hoping for crumbs, some of which might be reasonably chunky looking from certain perspectives. The concentration will be on cases where individual processes may have failed. There dorsn't appear to be a 'smoking gun', and in comparison to the suits against tobacco cases, this will be harder to show.
