A police officer has been suspended

There is a video of the officer stamping on the head of a man lying on the ground and kicking him. Whatever the man is believed to have done there no excuse for the officer's disgusting behaviour! >:(

I'm just glad given the reactions Paul Waugh is now the MP for Rochdale as opposed to George Galloway.

But now that a much longer video sequence has been released it may be considered that the police officer's conduct was not so unacceptable as first considered. I'm not saying that I necessarily agree with this view - but it will be interesting to see how the perception of his act may change.
Does Magna Carta mean nothing to you? Did she die in vain?
