Lovely - thank you! If only I could see it better, but I could see the movement of feet and legs and  of course hear it!Who was the girl? I don't think it was Bonnie Langford.

As I've always said, you can't tap dance for an hour without a smile on your face at the end of it!..

In case you didn't know, after you start playing the youtube piece you can press the 'f' key on your keyboard and it displays in full screen.  This may help you see it better.  You can return to the conventional screen by pressing the Escape key on your keyboard.

Thank you, I didn't know that. Mind you, I'm not sure that SuperNova will allow it, but I'll definitely try it again to see.

This afternoon I had my first Covid vaccination. No problems so far.

While you waited for 15mins after the procedure you were given a sheet of notes to read with all the info on the vaccination including the ingredients. This was a list of expected chemicals but also included sucrose (I received the Pfizer vax). I'm intrigued as to why sugar should be involved and can only think that sugar can  be used as a preservative.

Can anyone here enlighten me further?

Our next door neighbours are having some brickwork rebuilt. In order to do this the men doing the job had to saw up some of the old bricks, causing a lot of dust, which was blowing in our direction. They weren't wearing masks or protective clothing, and were covered in it, breathing it all in, CRAZY! :o

A dinosaur footprint was discovered by a four year old girl when visiting a beach in Wales with her father. The footprint is thought to be about 220 million years old, WOW!

Apparently St Valentine is not only the patron saint of love he is also the patron saint of epilepsy. My husband found that very interesting as he has the condition since his brain haemorrhage in 2006.

There are bits of St Valentine in Whitefriar Street Church in Dublin, allegedly. I've visited them.

It is the census for England and Wales next month. For the first time questions will be asked about one's sexuality and gender orientation, which are voluntary. Apparently there is a £1000 fine if the form isn't filled in.

It is incredible how quickly houses in our neighbourhood are selling, in spite of the pandemic. Most are sold subject to contract. Our next door neighbours put up their house on Tuesday and accepted an offer on it yesterday.

I don't know if anybody has seen the Musical La La Land.  Here's a new slant on the dance scenes.

As I have covered a couple of times previously, around the time of me moving into the moderation team, we were getting very quiet and new threads were getting rarer so I make an effort to post new threads that take my interest to keep the board going.

This afternoon I was due to go to /Bournemouh Hospital to have my cosmetic contact lens cleaned and polished. Wow, an outing! Something to look forward to! Taxi bookked .. so what happens? The Artificial Eye Centre  (in Blackpool) phoned me about 10 o'clock to say that they were sorry, but the appointment had had to be cancelled as the Technician was unwell.

*shrug* Ah, well ... ... I've printed off today's cryptic so I'll have that to do instead!

On the first of my two visits to Scotland, in 1967 on a family holiday (three days of the Edinburgh Festival followed by the Isle of Skye), I remember we saw some stunning sunsets. Are they a Scottish speciality?
