As a viewer over the 25 years mentioned this is so spot on that it needs to be displayed on the 4th plinth in Trafalgar Square. It really is that good.

I like the bits where they explain what they want to do, and it's going along OK until they drop a piece of absolute madness in that you have to rewind to check that they actually said 'all of the builders that we've talked to have said this is impossible but we believe in it'.
