... the bottom one (seen many times before!) being a visual representation of the negative proof fallacy.

It's not Vlad I'm thinking of in this regard, personally ;)

I think the introductory sentence should read 'Sophisticated Atheists'; I don't know of any theologians who think in as simplistic a manner as this.
Are your, or your friends'/relatives', garages, lofts or sheds full of unused DIY gear, sewing/knitting machines or fabric and haberdashery stuff?

Lists of what is needed and a search engine to find your nearest collector (scroll to bottom for latter) are here:  http://www.twam.uk/donate-tools

The bottom one is my mental image of Vlad.

The second is OK - but the first is one of the best I have seen.

I wonder - Is Mr Tickle interchangable with God?

Hope and Alan also come to mind, but I don't imagine them in the same violent rage as the guy in the last panel.

Wasn't it from House of Cards as well? Also Ian Richardson

Yes, that was the whole point, its inclusion was one of the things that were included in the credits as "mucked about with by Terry Pratchett" after a discussion between the two of them.

I care not, since this entire thread is unfunny, unintelligent, and a total waste of time - a situation common to most atheist threads!

That'll be why you're still commenting on it without having seen at least one of the links, then. The very pinnacle of intelligence there.

"We're atheists"

That's a pretty good commentary on what atheism is.  If only we could get the Hope's and Vlad's of this world to understand that atheism is simply a lack of belief in gods.

Here's a tip.  If a thread seems like a waste of time to you, don't post on it.  In fact, don't read it and then you won't have wasted any time.

Just a thought:  you don't know it's a waste of time unless you look at it first!   :D

But posting three times on a thread you consider to be a waste of time rather gives the lie to that evaluation, doesn't it?

No it doesn't.  It would be discourteous to ignore your responses.   :)
