*The Father, who is said to have raised the Son from the dead: and this is not spoken to exclude the divinity of the Son, but to set forth the Father's plan, with regard to our redemption in the resurrection of the Son. (Geneva Study Bible)
*Whose name? Christ's. And in its original context whose name? Jehovah's (Joel 2:32)
Deuteronomy 18
15 The LORD thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken;
16 According to all that thou desiredst of the LORD thy God in Horeb in the day of the assembly, saying, Let me not hear again the voice of the LORD my God, neither let me see this great fire any more, that I die not.
17 And the LORD said unto me, They have well spoken that which they have spoken.
18 I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him.
19 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him.

Moses was as God to the Egyptians because the words given him to speak were Gods. It did not make him God.
Jesus Christ was given Gods words which he spoke in Gods Name.
Spud you need to read what God said and what Christ said..." My words are Spirit and they are life"
"I have not come to do my will but the will of he who sent me" and "My father does his own work through me."
Jesus was sent by God and eternal life is knowing both.
And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.
Out of the mouth of Christ himself spoken by God.
Luke 1:35 And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.
Perfectly clear in OT and NT that Christ is the Son of God and is to be known as such.
It is the words of Christ which are to be obeyed and we see it is found in the OT to confirm.
Nothing in the word says anything different in the light of the original teachings and Christs own words.
